Nitrogen oxide sensor, used for SCR catalytic control system of diesel engine emissions. This product includes ceramic sensing probes, connecting harnesses, and electronic control units.
The nitrogen oxide sensor provides feedback on the actual concentration of nitrogen oxides in the emission system. Based on this information, the SCR system catalyzes the reduction reaction of nitrogen oxides in the system, thereby reducing the actual emissions of nitrogen oxides.
The NOx sensor utilizes solid electrolyte zirconia doped yttrium oxide (YSZ) ceramic material, which exhibits oxygen ion conductivity at high temperatures, and a selective catalyst electrode for NO gas to decompose NO and generate oxygen ions at high temperatures.
