Nitrogen oxide sensor, used for SCR catalytic control system of diesel engine emissions. Measure the concentration of nitrogen oxides in diesel engine exhaust, air-fuel ratio, and oxygen pressure in the internal combustion engine exhaust pipe. This product includes ceramic sensing probes, connecting harnesses, and electronic control units.
The nitrogen oxide sensor provides feedback on the actual concentration of nitrogen oxides in the emission system. Based on this information, the SCR system catalyzes the reduction reaction of nitrogen oxides in the system, thereby reducing the actual emissions of nitrogen oxides.
The NOx sensor utilizes solid electrolyte zirconia doped yttrium oxide (YSZ) ceramic material, which exhibits oxygen ion conductivity at high temperatures, and a selective catalyst electrode for NO gas to decompose NO and generate oxygen ions at high temperatures. By measuring the oxygen concentration after decomposition, the final concentration of NOx in the exhaust gas is determined
